For those interested in becoming an observer please let me know by emailing me at chief-observer@namrider.com. There are some members who have expressed an interest already - you are on the list!
When I've got numbers I'll organise a meeting to explain what it takes to be an observer.
We can only train a limited number of new observers each year so there will be a selection process. Don't let this put you off we'll explain what you need to do if you are not successful this time
If you require any further information, please contact any member of the Training Team.
We will ride in to the Drift Cafe near Cresswell. Make your own way and we'll see you there.
Michael has met with Tina, Manageress at The Drift Cafe and all is well for the change in menu from fish & chips to Greek Street Food.
They have a top Greek chef who prepares food for the restaurant at the weekends who is coming in especially on the Tuesday evening for our group.
The main choices will be Greek chicken gyros, souvlaki and fries together with a haloumi wrap vegetarian option.
The price will be £10 to £13 depending upon choice of meal.
As before, hot and cold drinks including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.
The committee has approved the traditional free ice cream again this year.
We will have exclusive use of the cafe/restaurant facilities from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
Try and get there for a 6:30pm start
